GMP & Halal
- Ensure the outlets are following GMP SOP and hygiene SOP
- Creating SOP for Halal and GMP Standard.
- Responsible in applying halal application for each product.
- Revising and updating Halal Assurance System (HAS) as per JAKIM requirements
- Revising and updating MYeHALAL System.
- Assist in timely product registration submission and also Halal certification. This includes compiling, reviewing & filing of dossiers for the registration/notification submission & also Halal certification.
NPRA
- Assist maintain Product Information File (PIF), technical information as well as other Regulatory documents in accordance with the provisions of the relevant regulations, in soft and/or hard copy
- Ensure correctness and completeness of Regulatory information required for product procurement
- Ensure proper archiving of all documents submitted to and received from Authorities, as well as accurate and timely data update of regulatory compliance databases and tools for assigned products.
- Review product label artwork and advertising materials
- Engage with relevant government agencies
- To ensure all products or services meet any governing regulations.
- Gives advise on regulatory documents and submissions, ensure compliance with workplace safety or hazardous material rules,
- Provide guidance and input on how proposed legislation may affect the company/product.
- All cosmetic products, which are intended to be marketed and distributed in the local market are required to be notified with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) Malaysia, formerly known as the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau (NPCB).
